“Then Jesus made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. And by the power of the cross, Jesus led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph. He was not their prisoner; they were His!”

#4 – Christ stripped principalities and powers of every weapon, all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. What part of Jesus saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth” do we not understand? If Jesus has all of the authority, then how much does the devil have? If Jesus has all authority, then how much do principalities and powers have? What part of principalities and powers being disarmed do we not understand? We need a total reformation in the area of spiritual warfare.

Biblically, the only way for the enemy to have authority is due to the believer giving it to them by agreeing with a lie. The religious system has re-throned principalities and powers that have already been dethroned by propagating lies that believers unknowingly give up their authority to the enemy! As new creations in Christ’s fullness, the enemy has no thrones, no weapons, and no power whatsoever!
